When your friend books their holiday, they’ll need to mention that they've been referred by you so that our Travel Specialists can check your booking in the system. Your friend needs to declare this when they make their initial enquiry for the discount to be applied.
Once your friend’s booking has been confirmed, you can claim your discount on your next booking. A discount will be added to your profile so that when you call to make your next booking, the discount will be ready to go!
The friend you refer must not be a member of your household. They also can't have booked with Spectate or any of the ITC Travel Group brands within the last five years. (Inspiring Travel, Regent Holidays or Rainbow Tours).
Bookings over £5,000 receive £250 off, and bookings over £10,000 receive £500 off their holiday. The minimum booking value of £5,000 applies to both the booking made by you, and the booking made by your referred friend.
Absolutely! You can refer as many friends as you like – the more friends, the better! Only one refer-a-friend discount can be applied per booking.
To claim the discounts, your friend must be new to ITC Travel Group and must not have booked with Spectate, Inspiring Travel, Regent Holidays or Rainbow Tours in the last five years.
Your discount needs to be used within 12 months of your friend’s booking confirmation.
The discount is valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied against any trips you have already booked with ITC Travel Group before making the referral.
The discount can only be used against the cost of the booking, the £500 or £250 discount cannot be used towards your holiday deposit.
Terms & Conditions
- Your referred friend will receive a discount on their first qualifying booking with ITC travel group, applicable to brands Spectate, Inspiring Travel, Regent Holidays and Rainbow Tours. You will receive a discount on your next qualifying booking made by you for travel with ITC travel group, after your friend has confirmed their first qualifying booking.
- If your friend makes a booking between the value of £5,000 - £9,999, a £250 discount will apply to their booking. For bookings over £10,000, a £500 discount will apply to their booking. Referrers are limited to one discount per referred friend; additional/repeat purchases made by a friend are not counted as additional referrals.
- The discount is valid for new bookings only and cannot be applied against any trips you have already booked before making the referral. Once your friend has confirmed their booking, the discount on your next qualifying booking will be valid for 12 months. If the discount is not used within 12 months, it will expire. If your next qualifying booking is between £5,000 - £9,999, a £250 discount will apply. If your next qualifying booking is over £10,000, a £500 discount will apply.
- A new client to ITC travel group is defined as no previous bookings made by that individual or any traveller named on the booking with ITC travel group in the last 5 years. Brands within ITC travel group included in the refer-a-friend scheme are Inspiring Travel, Regent Holidays, Rainbow Tours and Spectate.
- Minimum booking value of £5,000 applies to both the booking made by you and the friend referred. The booking must be for a package holiday including flights and accommodation.
- The discount is applicable to qualifying ITC travel group bookings only. No cash alternative is available. The discount is personal to you and cannot be transferred to any third party. Combinable with other offers. Only one refer-a-friend discount can be applied per booking. The friend referred must not be a member of your household. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. The Refer-a-Friend scheme commences on 26th September 2024 and is not applicable to any bookings confirmed prior to that date. Discount is not applicable to employees of ITC travel group.
- ITC travel group’s Refer-a-Friend scheme cannot be used by businesses or individuals for affiliate lead generation or posted on discount sites. ITC travel group reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend scheme and to revise these scheme terms from time to time. If the Refer-A-Friend scheme is terminated, any unclaimed referral discounts will be forfeited at that time.
- The refer-a-friend discount is not applicable to travel agents booking through ITC travel group, it's only applicable to direct clients booking through ITC travel group.
