Itinerary

Day 1 | 2 April

Depart the UK on your flight to Dubai in economy. On arrival, you will be met and transferred by private car to the Taj Dubai for a 4 night stay on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 2 | 3 April

Enjoy a day at leisure in Dubai.

Day 3 | 4 April

Enjoy a day at leisure before being collected from your hotel for your shared Evening Desert Safari. This iconic experience is not to be missed! Watch the sun set on a Dune Drive through the desert before arriving at a traditional Bedouin-style camp for an evening of entertainment with dinner.

Day 4 | 5 April

This afternoon, you will be transferred to Meydan Racecourse for the Dubai World Cup 2025. Due to the many popular after-race festivities that are available to racegoers, we will not be providing a return transfer to your hotel. You will find taxis are readily available outside the racecourse for your convenience.

Day 5 | 6 April

You will be met at your hotel and transferred to Dubai Airport for your flight back to the UK.

Situated between the track and Meydan Grandstand. A variety of cuisines from popular eateries are available from Apron Views' Rails Food court, located on the Mezzanine Floor.

The Gallery Hospitality

Situated just after the finish line, The Gallery offers a good view of all the racing and entertainment. Your ticket gives you the opportunity to change locations throughout the day allowing you too choose where to sit. Included in your package is afternoon tea, gourmet dinner snacks, soft drinks and house beverages. You'll also have free access to the Apron Views area and the Parade Ring.

The Premium Hospitality

The Premium Hospitality offers stunning views of the racecourse, Parade Ring and the finish line from your reserved seat. Your package also includes afternoon tea, gourmet dinner snacks, soft drinks and standard house beverages.

The Winner's Circle Restaurant

For an enhanced racing experience, we suggest reserving a private table at the glass-fronted Winner’s Circle Restaurant, located on levels 2 and 3 of the grandstand, with excellent views over Meydan.
